Order processing time is approximately 2-5 business days, plus shipping time from receipt of payment.

Natural raw wood may exhibit variations and minor imperfections, such as knots and darker wood grain. Laser cutting may result in minimal smoke marks on the edges. These unique characteristics make each item unique.

WOODEN CAKE TOPPER: To insert the cake topper into the cake, we recommend wrapping the stick in foil beforehand.

 

Please handle acrylic items with extreme care. Due to their size and the materials used, they can be fragile.

CAKE TOPPERS: Please hold your new cake topper by the sticks that pierce the cake or by the thickest part. Do not bend the sticks, as this may break. After use, the sticks can be easily cleaned with warm soapy water. With proper care, these products will last for many years. To ensure the longevity of these high-quality products, please follow the care instructions.

ACRYLIC TAGS & SIGNS: Acrylic surfaces can scratch, chip, or break if handled improperly. Acrylic tags and signs should therefore be carefully affixed or placed in locations that are not exposed to direct heat or sunlight for extended periods. Acrylic signs are best suited for extended indoor use or short-term outdoor use in covered areas.
To clean acrylic pendants and signs, simply wipe the surfaces gently with a clean, soft, damp cloth.
