Shipping policy
Shipping & Delivery:
We lovingly package your order and ship it from Germany directly to your home in Germany, Belgium, Ireland, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands.
After payment is received, the order will be processed immediately and prepared for shipping. The transport is reliably handled by DHL and Deutsche Post.
Processing Time:
Processing occurs after payment is received.
- Standard Items: The processing time is 1–3 business days.
- Personalized Items: The processing time is 2–5 business days.
For Custom Orders placed through the appropriate form, the processing time is approximately 10 business days from payment receipt.
The processing time does not include shipping duration. During promotional periods or peak seasons, longer processing times may occur; corresponding notices will be published on the website.
Shipping Duration and Shipping Costs:
Shipping is done with DHL and Deutsche Post. The shipping duration depends on the destination country and begins after processing is completed:
- Germany: 2-4 business days. Flat shipping fee: €4.90. Shipping is free for orders over €50.
- EU (Belgium, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands): 2–8 business days. Flat shipping fee: €8.90 per order.
Important Note on Delivery:
Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and correct when placing your order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we unfortunately cannot refund the original shipping costs. For a re-delivery, we reserve the right to charge the shipping costs again.
